Best K-12 School Building

LAPPCO produced architectural precast wall panels for this West Loop’s project, 800 Fulton. Located in the vibrant Fulton Market District, 800 Fulton is an 18-story low-rise building designed by the renowned architecture firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. The mixed-use building includes 431,500 SF of office space, 35,000 SF of retail space, and has targeted LEED platinum and WELL Silver certifications.
LAPPCO fabricated over 500 brick clad panels for the project, each featuring a four-color blend of Endicott Meridian-sized thin brick pieces. The precast panels had to be erected on a site with extremely limited staging areas and very congested city streets.
