Precast Plant and Yard Laborer

Plant Laborer Position Summary:
The plant laborers perform a variety of tasks which include:
- Installing formwork for the molds
- Placing rebar, mesh, steel embeds and insulation in the forms
- Pouring and finishing the concrete
- Stripping the poured panels out of the molds
- Material handling
- General cleanup
Hourly pay with health insurance and pension benefits. Positions require regular overtime work. Education Required: high school education or equivalent. All employees must pass a drug and alcohol screening and a physical exam. Experience with concrete work is a plus.
